COVID-19 Update & Rescheduled Events
We are pleased to announce that we remain open for bookings (taking place outside of lockdown dates) and for gift vouchers purchases.
Gift vouchers have delivery options by post or email and will have extended validity!
Here is our latest information regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Following the latest announcements, activity centres throughout England will be closed from the 5th November to the 2nd December. Activity centres across Wales and Scotland and Northern Ireland will continue to follow their respective country guidelines.
Activity centres have been, and will continue to follow Covid-secure guidelines once back open. Introducing any further required safety measures for the protection of customers and staff. Further details of measures will accompany your booking confirmation receipts.
Events dates outside of this lockdown period are still bookable too, and will fill up faster than normal due to the restriction over the next month.
Following the previous advice, regarding the rule of 6, please still book events with a group sizes of 5ppl or less if a mix of households (forming 6ppl including an instructor). Bigger groups all from the same household can be accommodated. Larger groups from a mix of households would need to be booked separately and will be grouped accordingly on the day.
Rescheduling your "on hold" event - Only for bookings that are on hold. This form should not be used to request a change to your existing booked date.

Vouchers expiring November - December 2020 / Covid Extension
As a result of the months lost due to government restrictions we have made it possible that your gift voucher can now be used to book for any available date next year .
The voucher should be redeemed, and date chosen, before the voucher expires... But you could book it for an experience that will take place in 2021.
